The organization and course of the admission procedure for the study of accredited study programs carried out at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (hereinafter referred to as "STU") is determined by an internal regulation:
- Complete wording of Internal Regulation No.5/2013 „Rules and Condition for Admission to Study Programs of the First, Second and Third Degree at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava“ as amended by Amendment No. 1
- Other conditions for admission to the study of doctoral study programs at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering STU in Bratislava for academic year 2022-2023
STU awards a motivational scholarship to students in selected fields of study (motivational union scholarship), if the student meets the conditions specified in the STU Scholarship Regulations. In the relevant academic year, a maximum of 50% of students of selected fields of study are awarded a one-time motivational scholarship. When deciding on the award of a scholarship, the study results from the previous study will be taken into account; in the case of a student of a study program of the first degree, the study results from the last year of study at a secondary school shall be taken into account in the first year of study.
The social scholarship is a supportive social program for all students in a socially disadvantaged situation and contributes to covering the costs associated with the study. A social scholarship can be awarded to a student on the basis of a written application for a social scholarship and the documents needed to calculate and assess the entitlement.
